LET'S ALL DANCE!
It's that time of year when a lot of people are putting on the pounds or just plain worn out from working
so many hours. Well there is a something you can do about that. Exercising doesn't have to be a chore and you don't need to run out and buy a bunch of equipment or fancy clothes. You don't need the latest and greatest video on tightening those gluts! (LOL)
Just dance, oh yes one of the best forms of exercise is dancing and it's fun too! There's all kinds of dance
out there; two step, swing dance, tap, ballet, belly dance (one of my favorites!It works muscles you didn't even know you had), hip-hop, you can even waltz.
You can do it anywhere you want, in you kitchen, living room, bedroom, porch or backyard even! So the next time you feel run down or tired; get up and dance for a few minutes you'll feel a lot better afterwards and kick up your metabolism too.
