Hi everyone! How is your fall going so far? Doing pretty good here. I've been growing a couple of fresh herbs, Basil and Parsley. You definitely don't need as much when you use fresh herbs. I really like the basil in tomato soup and in my spaghetti.
I also have some pumpkins growing but there not big enough to harvest yet. They are still green and small. But I can't wait until they are ready for harvest. I have people in the house that love pumpkin seeds!
I'm writing a new line of cookbooks too. Starting with chicken and turkey recipes. Then canned meat recipes. After that it's onto all things fruits and veggies. That's what the donation button is for that I've added. It says Let's Get Cooking. I'm looking for contributions in order to bring my books into print.
I will of course have them in eBook format first though. The first one will be ready by mid October. Then the next a month later and so on. All contributors with a gift of $25.00 or more will receive my cookbooks free. (of course) Contributors are also given a thanks in my book as well.
I hope your growing lots of good stuff to eat. I hope you'll join me in creating a wonderful and delicious new set of cookbooks.
Thanks for reading,
Amy
