There is still a lot of smoke over here in Washington but the fires are finally getting under
control. It rained the other day. That rain was what was needed to beat these fires back.
Prayers go out to the brave fire fighters that gave their lives fighting this blaze.
I'm putting out good thoughts and prayers for those displaced or injured by the fires as well.

The Connell Fall Festival is coming up here in, Connell, WA, on Sept. 11-12, 2015. It
